if you want to take your injustice experience to the next level, then the legendary edition is a must buy. all in all, i highly recommend that you pick up the legendary edition and it is definitely worth it.
unlike the dlcs of other fighting games, which are individual packs, all dlc characters are in one pack. this means that instead of needing to go through the trouble of downloading the individual packs for all the dlc characters you can buy the one dlc pack for the ultimate collection.
if youre not able to purchase the ultimate edition because you dont have the game, you can still buy the dlc characters individually. the dlc characters are about $6.99 each and the ultimate skins are about $6.99 as well. the gear for the individual dlc characters is on average $2.99 each so you would have to spend a total of about $25.00 to get the whole ultimate collection.
fans of the series will be happy to know that the game will be receiving a new dlc soon that will be called the arcade edition. this new dlc will feature all the dlc characters and will be coming sometime in early 2018.
at the moment, the only way to buy the legendary edition of injustice 2 is to pre-order the game at gamestop, best buy, or amazon, and you'll get the game in a few days time. the cost of the legendary edition is $60, which is the same cost of the ultimate edition and the same cost of all the dlcs included in that version. i'd advise that if you're interested in injustice 2, that you order the legendary edition at gamestop or best buy, as you'll get it for a much better price and, when it comes to the dlcs, you'll be getting them for a much better price too.
